IRM Prime is the licensing tier that entitles users to the full suite of IRM features, including advanced security, compliance, and analytics tools, and provides OOB access to advanced AI features and the ability to build custom skills and agents.
The IRM Prime plugin now depends on IRM Enterprise, in addition to AI Platform Foundation and IRM Advanced, for installation or activation. This change ensures that AI features in Prime rely on data managed by IRM Enterprise entitlements, improving functionality by automatically resolving and including IRM Enterprise if not already installed. Customers upgrading to version 22.3.0 must have IRM Enterprise licensed and available to complete the upgrade; no data migrations or configuration changes are needed, and existing integrations remain unaffected.
