Bug fixes

Shipped reports, the "LW Baseline Calculator" risk rule, and the "Open" application module had source filters set to "Lacework", which never matched any record written by the integration (records are written with source = "Lacework CC"). The filters now use "Lacework CC" so these reports and modules return the expected rows.
