Standalone Application
With Mobile Publishing you can request a secure, branded version of any ServiceNow mobile app and receive ongoing updates through your instance.
Once licensed, you can make the following customizations to your mobile apps:
- App icon
- App name
- App description
- App splash screen
- In-app theme colors
- Add MAM (Mobile App Management) support
ServiceNow builds, tests, and maintains the app - including notifying Mobile Publishing customers of updates for mobile operating systems, bug fixes, and/or new ServiceNow releases.
- Publish secure branded mobile apps using your unique company identity and preferred app distribution method.
- Configure each of your mobile apps with a unique name, splash screen, icon, MAM vendor, and theme colors.
- Automated publishing pipeline - starts building immediately and sends you a notification when it's ready.
New:
- Android Developer Verification snippet field added to the build request form for Android apps
- Voice Agents opt-in toggle added to a new "Features requiring justification" section
- BlackBerry MAM removed as a supported vendor option
Fixed:
- Bundle ID/Package Name fields allowed spaces and special characters when duplicating a build request
- Documentation links in the Mobile Publishing Guide
- Multiple build form issues for multi-native-client instances
- Uploading app icons triggered a browser Basic Auth popup
- Request history displayed incorrect package name for apps with a custom bundle ID
- App icon content type changed on upload, causing broken image display
