The ServiceNow Operational Technology Manager application enables customers to aggregate Operational Technology (OT) information utilizing service graph connectors that integrate with third-party OT security providers, and ServiceNow's discovery engine for IT devices in industrial environments. The ability to combine data from multiple sources builds a solid data foundation of OT environments.
- Populate OT device inventory data from OT security providers using OT-certified Service Graph Connectors
- Utilize the Purdue Model to define the different levels of critical infrastructure used in production lines
- Aggregate data from various sources into the multi-source CMDB, including data from spreadsheets using the Pre-Import OT Worksheet Entry Review Tool (POWER Tool)
