Integration
The IBM Verify Service Desk Application enables integration between ServiceNow and IBM’s Verify offerings to manage access-related requests through ServiceNow. It allows Users/IAM Admins to submit, track, and manage identity and access management activities in ServiceNow while leveraging IBM Verify platforms for governance and provisioning. Currently we have support for the following offerings:

- Entitlements load automatically (Optional: admins can manually load entitlements.)
- Request access to applications (for self and others)
- Request password changes (Can change password only for the cloud directory and not the target accounts)
