- Employee Slate is now the default experience - Core Business Suite now uses Employee Slate as the requester experience out-of -the-box, giving employees a single, consistent place to get help. Install and configure it from the CBS admin setup, with support for both Moveworks and Now Assist.
- Assignment rules for all business units - Route cases to the right team automatically with configurable assignment rules across HR, Legal, Finance, Source-to-Pay, Workplace Services, and Health & Safety. Out-of-the-box rules are included for each business unit and can be created or edited from the CBS console.
- CBS Analytics Dashboard - A new dashboard gives a consolidated, cross-business-unit view of service performance, including open and unassigned cases, mean time to resolve, and self-service resolution.
It is recommended to first install the Implementation Agent app (sn_ia), and then initiate the installation of Core Business Suite Foundation from the Product Hub.
